Marcus Rudkin is a commercial law specialist whose main practice areas are corporate law, commercial law, intellectual property, and information and communications technology.

Marcus has advised a broad range of clients who include individuals and small, medium and large companies.  He has extensive legal expertise from senior roles in private practice and as senior legal counsel for companies in New Zealand and internationally. 

Marcus enjoys meeting clients’ particular legal requirements while keeping a close eye on their commercial goals.  He advises on many issues including:
